    Microsoft rewards acc suspension


    I have had this problem for a while now but one day i had logged into my rewards account to see a notice saying i had been suspended for 'this is probably because it (my account) didn't meet one of the requirements outlined in the
    Microsoft Services Agreement'.I checked and i'm sure my account isn't violating any of the terms.Any chance someone could help me?

    Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Unfortunately, you will not be able to reach the enforcement team here on the forums. I recommend visiting our Enforcement website for all info regarding Bans/Suspensions.



    If you were suspended for longer than a day you can also submit a case review from the same website. If the ban is only 24 hours you will not be able to submit a case review.
