Today i spent my 5,000 points on a $5 gift card for xbox and never got the code in my email and now my spent points are gone. tried calling customer support but was told to post here instead and wait.

Haven't received MS Rewards points after purchasing them with gems over 96 hours ago.

I have similar issue. Cashed in gems for gift cards, no email, no confirmation. it's been a week. gems are gone, but no rewards.

Missing rewards credit

Hi,

I recently redeemed reward points for a $50USD XBOX gift card. I have requested to have the gift card resent and I got the email but the credits were never applied.

Please advise.

You would need to contact Microsoft Rewards support via their redemption page. Keep in mind that it can take up to 24 hours to receive the code.

It might take a couple minutes before it shows up. I just redeemed 4,650 Microsoft Reward Points for the $5 gift card. You should also get an email to confirm the transaction happened.

If you redeem your Microsoft Rewards points for a $5 Xbox Gift card. You receive $5 on your Microsoft account. You do not receive a physical gift card.

If you have enough Microsoft reward points, then you need to redeem the reward points for Xbox/Microsoft Gift Cards on the redeem page of Microsoft rewards. Then once the gift card codes have been emailed to you, then you can redeem those gift card codes on https://account.microsoft.com/billing/redeem Once you have enough money from the Xbox Gift Cards, you can then purchase Minecraft from the Microsoft Store or Xbox Store (depending on which version you want).
