    Microsoft reward punch cards


    Both Punch cards for Resident Evil Village and Mass effect Legendary edition are not activating. Resident Evil Village achievement has come up as ticked but won't let me do the 1st bit to get the 250 points.

    Same issue with the mass effect one, anyone got any idea's on how I can fix this?

    Yeah, it kinda sucks, but that's how it is. The rewards punch cards are to get people to try games they might not have otherwise. It's a promotion between Microsoft and the company for whos game it is. The same situation applies on purchasing games
    vs pre-ordering. If you pre-order and a punch card comes out, it's ineligible to earn that punch card. Sucks because I do love earning the points but I realize that it's to incite those that wouldn't otherwise buy the product, and not reward those that are
    already on board.

    Sometimes it can take up to 72 hours for microsoft rewards punch cards to unlock. Sometimes it can take longer as well.

    Yeh i got a response, they automatically gave me the 250 points for resident evil village, And will have to contact them again regarding mass effect , they wanted photos!!! regarding the nier replicant punch card last month

    I too are having this issue and contacted the help desk who this morning finally came back to me and told the 6000 masss effect punch card was activated so i replied to this pointing out that it was the 250 points i was refering to. So if you get a different repsonse would love to know.
