Microsoft reward points not working

I have gotten multiple achievements in games on that list. Then when I check the progress later none of those gaems were on there.

My advice. If you have any kind of problem just go to the rewards support. The link is on the bottom of the rewards page. You can fill them ticket and they always answer in 24 hours timeframe. And they always solve problem. The best support all around.
They never turned me down.

I myself have had the same thing happen with a few other quests in the past. Sometimes, I have had to unhook my power cable to my Xbox for about 10 seconds and then plug it back in. This is called a power cycle, and will send you to the Xbox one green screen,
where a lot of issues can be resolved. If this is not the issue, and does not help, might I suggest going back to the quest page and choosing another game prior to the end of the quest. Also, might I suggest clicking on the claim here for your points portion
of the quest.
