You will need to be logged in with your account and submit details regarding the order. There is a category that you can select regarding point redemption.

    When I applied for an elden ring refund it denied because I had "gone over my limit for refunds this year" when I have not refunded anything in 2022

    In your case, since you already contact our live support and still did not fix the issue, I would suggest to reach out the developer of the game. This could be an applications issue.
