    Hello! There has been suspicious activity with my account apparently so now I have to do a request to recover due to having a new phone number. I have filled out every bit of information on there and still gets declined. I wouldn’t be so bothered but I have recently just bought multiple games that I now can’t access because I can’t get on the account no more. Tried ringing and they say they have all moved online so you can’t speak to anyone. Sent emails off they get ignored and spoke to live chat and they say there’s nothing they can do. At the end of the day yes I should have changed my phone number but it’s my account and I want it back I paid for everything on it I have multiple receipts for these and for my Xbox live Monthly subscription. I literally could take a photo of my id and me. All out of ideas and just want my account back. Any ideas on what to do?

    Since you filled out the form and were unsuccessful, I recommend that you contact Microsoft directly. Explain the problem and say that no consultant was able to help you restore access to the account.
