    Microsoft Request A Call Back


    I have been trying to get in contact with Microsoft for three days now I've put in a request for a call back many times and they have never called me back even though it says they will call me back in twenty minutes I'm sitting here two hours later and
    they haven't called me back and I know I'm using the right number I've checked over five times now please help

    1. Contact us here
    2. Select Billing
    3. Say No thanks to the virtual agent
    4. Select Error Messages and codes
    5. Skip step 3 and go to step 4
    6. Select request a callback from support
