    Hello,

    since I was a kid, i had Minecraft on my Xbox and the account was made with my mothers email. A few years later i created an account on my pc. A few days ago I tried to migrate my Mojang account, but when doing so, it got lost. Now all I have is my Microsoft account and no access to my mojang account or minecraft on my pc or any device. How do I get my account back.

    When you try to sign in to the Minecraft website with your Mojang account, would you please confirm if it tells you that the account was migrated and asks you to sign in with the migrated account or if it tells you the account does not exist?

    It tells me the account is migrated, but when i log in with my microsoft it gives me my xbox account. sorry it took me so long to reply

    Hello Ricardo, I have a similar problem.

    Basically when I migrated my Mojand account to a Microsoft account, my mojand account got lost and was replaced with my microsoft account. All the hard work and 3 years of playtime are on my mojang account. Is there any way to fix this problem or is my account gone.
