Microsoft Repair Order - Accessories thrown away

I recently got my xbox one x repaired except in my return box I included everything that came with it. I lost my controller, power cable, and optical cable. I did not realize accessories would be thrown away in repair orders. I never would have included
them if I knew the standard protocol. I actually tried to contact support once I realized my accessories would get lost, but the support center isn't in direct communication with the repair center and he said he never heard of this problem.

Is there anyway for me to get my controller, power cable, and optical cable back? Will microsoft send me new ones? I rushed getting my xbox repaired because I already had to contact support trying to get my warranty updated from 4 months of coverage to
the standard 1 year manufacturers warranty. This has been about a month worth of trying to get a working xbox again and also the worst customer service experience I have ever encountered. Any advice to help my current situation would be appreciated.

You can try contacting support again, but if they can't do anything then unfortunately the only way would be to purchase new ones.

I wish I could tell you that they will be sent to you but I don't think so.

In the warranty conditions it is expressly written not to send the accessories because they could not be returned.

I think the only attempt you can make is to contact the center where the repair was made directly.

Maybe they will understand your situation and do a search to get your accessories back.

I really don't think Microsoft will send you new ones.

Thank you for taking the time to reply to this thread, Soularis.

As stated above by XBF Chris J, from the time you receive your device, it takes approximately ten days for your additional accessories
to arrive in a separate container.

Did you have assistance with creating this Serivce order? If you did, there should have been an agent that was checking up on you through out the procedure. I would reccomend that you reply to them to infom them of the situation.

If not, you can follow the link provided above to request a call back from Xbox Customer Support so they can assist you with tracking these accessories down.

I was able to get in touch with someone over the weekend and the repair center created a ticket for my accessories to be recovered. Thanks for the help and suggestions on this issue.

I received my console today. I have been unable to connect to anyone in chat support since my repair order arrived at the repair center. I called the repair center to ask them if they can recover my accessories, but my calls go to voicemail so I just
left a message about it. What is my next best course of action?
