    SENT XBONE POWER SUPPLY OUT 5/23/16 THEY RECD 5/27/16, UNIT LESS THAN A YEAR OLD AND ALREADY CRAPPED OUT. WAS TOLD 10 DAY TURNAROUND, THEN WAS TOLD BY ANOTHER PERSON 30 DAY. [Mod Removed]

    Hold and Behold, I submitted a repair request 6 days ago and NO SHIPPING LABEL. WHAT IS WRONG WITH MICROSOFT? THIS IS BULL CRAP. Now I have to talk with more representatives. Yippee :-(

    At this point i recommend purchasing a new power supply and legal threats can be serious in the forums and could result poorly lets try avoiding those thanks.
