Microsoft Repair and Replacement Services Not Accepting Xbox One Controller.

One of my Xbox One controller has a broken left bumper (LB) button, and I've been trying to schedule a replacement with Microsoft Repair Services (my console is still in warranty). The problem is I've been following every single instruction in the Replace
An Accessory procedure, including listing my shipping address, selecting the controller with the 3.5 mm jack, and entering the product number of the controller, yet the site keeps saying their's no controller on record. This is odd, because I did the same
thing with the controller that works (and the first controller that's connected), yet it still says there's no record. Am I doing something wrong? Is there a problem with the site? Is there another way to schedule a replacement? Maybe with a phone call?

I need to send in my Xbox one elite controller to get fixed

I need to send in my Xbox one elite controller to get fixed. At the device service and repair in the elite controller thing it wants to send me replace accessories not an actual
elite controller. There's a replacement standard controller. Do I use the standard replacement and I send my elite controller and they'll send me an elite controller or a standard? I'm just confused, am I overlooking something? I've read other post about broken
elite controllers but the answered ones just have a link to the Device service and repair page or something along the lines of that.

Kinect has died

Mine has died too.....lasted all of 26 hrs.

After reading about a few problems re dead drives and kinect's failing , I decided to install it early Sunday morning ( supposed to be a surprise prezzy for the kids ) .

I was pleasantly surprised Monday when I arrived home from work, that it recognised me as I walked into the living room ..... but 2 hrs later it's dead.

Now waiting for an email update from Microsoft re a replacement .

Dont wait for an email. I didnt. I just went straight to the service centre and booked a replacement that way.

Microsoft do not offer a repair service for controllers. If it is in warranty they replace it like for like

If the second controller works, you may need to replace the first controller. Go to

Device service and repair, sign in with your Microsoft account, then select
Replace an accessory. If both controllers disconnect often, your console may need service. Go to

Device service and repair, sign in with your Microsoft account, register your Xbox if it doesn’t already appear there, then select
Request repair.

They give me no options there other than buying replacement parts for the swappable components (thumbsticks, paddles, d pad). Nothing about repair of the unit itself or replacement parts for the internals.
