    I bought a game and requested a refund at the same day. My request was approved and it's been 20 days since that but I still didn't get my money back.

    Cyber Punk 2077 is such a bad game even greedy Sony has pulled it from the store and is giving refunds!

    Microsoft will lose money over the long run if they continue to refuse refunds because lifelong xbox users will move to PS as a result of this move by Sony. Not smart Microsoft, shame on you!
