    MICROSOFT REFUSES TO GIVE ME MY PASSWORD OR ACCOUNT


    I've submitted the account recovery form over 20 times and within seconds of submitting it replies with incorrect information, I've contacted support over a dozen times and all of them refuse to give me any answers or help with anything. All the information I read off the old xbox which has no barriers so I has all my information. So Microsoft can keep taking my money but when I want to update my security information because I no longer have the phone number and need to change my password I can't. They keep telling me to update my security information but I CANT BECAUSE I CANT SIGN IN TO THE ACCOUNT. WHAT ELSE DO I NEED TO DO?

    Have you checked your Microsoft account associated with your gamertag for yourself? Log in with your Microsoft account and password here and then select your subscriptions:

    If you redeemed a recent code and it was applied to your account then it should show up there.

    How did you redeem your code? If it was on a Xbox console, were you logged into the correct gamertag? Here is the Xbox support article:
