Microsoft refund broken...

No my the same an Microsoft have been no help at all refuses refund on broken game.no help for some who's payed them since 2002..

It clearly states "no refunds" when you buy a digital game but obviously if the game is broken then you can get a refund or you can cancel a digital pre order.

As it states no refunds how exactly are Microsoft thieving?

It's when you start to abuse the refund system that you get a ban but the whole refund thing is a bit of a grey area.

My first guess is that you bought a lemon, and the console is broken. Unfortunately Microsoft doesn’t support 360 hardware anymore. I would suggest you return it for a refund.

after 14 days then no, same with most companies, but if the game is broken and cannot be played then get in touch with ubisoft for a refund, as you bought from the microsoft store the money still goes to ubi.

As a rule there are no refunds on digital purchases which it clearly tells you when you go to buy something from the store.

But if a game is broken then usually they will refund you the money.Not sure how you think Microsoft or Xbox have committed fraud.

If the developers have released a broken game then you should be complaining to them.
