    As mentioned above, if you used the same account attached to your profile on Xbox, it should be able to play there. Check your "ready to install" section or look for whatever you used on the store. If it was a subscription, check settings and select subscriptions
    from the account tab.

    The code would be tied to the account that it was applied to. As long as you were signed into the same account you use on the Xbox then the content can still be used on the Xbox if it is for the Xbox.
