MICROSOFT READ THE STUFF YOU BAN

They do read messages thoroughly before any action is taken.

Doesn't matter how you phrased it or what the context was,telling someone to kill themselves,even if you put "NOT IRL" in the message, is a violation of the ToU/CoC & something the enforcement team take very seriously.

As it's a 24 hour suspension you can't appeal it.

In future if you come across someone out to spoil a game for you it's best to report & block them & move on,don't message them unless you can do so in a way that does not break the rules,which you can find HERE

Ignore these games, just report and block for yourself. It's not worth getting upset about it.

We as Ambassadors are always going to tell you, if you have a bad experience in a game, the best thing you can do is report, block and ignore if someone is harassing you verbally in voice or in a message. Trash talk is okay depending of the wording that
you are using. Anything like what you said will get you banned. No matter what you meant isn't relevant, its how the other person takes it. Choose your wording carefully but the best thing to do is remember, it's only a game. If you have a bad experience with
another player, take the high road and dont get into a messaging battle with them. Report, block and ignore.
