Microsoft randomly charged me 7€

Microsoft charged me the costs of an xbox live membership even though I already cancelled my old one on 18th october (I didn't get charged in November at all). It actually charged me twice but I already got the second one back. I'm not using my xbox at the
moment so I would like to get my money back for something I didn't buy.

I was randomly charged 63.74 on October 4th called "Microsoft *Xbox msbill.info" it also says it's a recurring purchase? Can anyone help?

eah so microsoft took around 7 euros from my paypal. I don't know why and i would like an refund asap.

If doesn't appear here it's not on your account, check for family members accounts, if it's also not there contact your bank an open a claim trough them as that means someone else has your payment information

My bad, I forgot to mention that it does not appear there. I should not be paying for anything as I cancelled all subscriptions since last year.

You've already used your free gamertag change.

When you first start your account you are given a randomly generated gamertag which you can change to a personal one for free.

If you were charged Microsoft points 7 or 8 years ago then you had already used your free change back then.

The tag you are posting with is not a randomly generated tag.The fee is there to prevent people constantly changing their tags.

If you want to change your tag again then you will have to pay.
