Microsoft Pyramid

The Pyramid game is the only game with the issue of loading. I have waited as long as 10 minutes and still it is just loading. Is there a resolution to this problem?

Pyramid gets stuck loading after Solitaire Collection synchs with cloud data.

Same problem - was playing pyramid 3 days ago - it froze, crashed the microsoft solitaire collection program. All other games work - no pyramid. Pyramid DOES work on the daily challenges, just not the standalone. WSReset doesn't work. deleting, reinstall
doesn't work.

 

Pyramid won't open

A few days ago while playing Pyramid the screen went blank, I closed Microsoft Solitaire Collection (MSC), reopened it, and now Pyramid won't open. I uninstalled then reinstalled MSC using the wsreset.exe method specified. The Pyramid game opened and asked
if I wanted to continue the game saved in the cloud. I clicked yes, and now Pyramid won't open anymore. Trying the uninstall/reinstall/wsreset routine didn't work the second time, Pyramid still won't open.

Obviously, the saved game in the cloud is corrupted, and I have no way to delete or otherwise modify what is in the cloud. Can Microsoft/Xbox delete this saved game for me so I can play Pyramid again?

System Info: HP p6228p, Windows 10 Home, Version 1703, OS Build 15063.483

 

Apparently, there isn't even any Microsoft support for this Microsoft product.

 

Having the same issue. Knock, knock, MS, you in there?

 

BTW: I've searched out the forums and FAQs... reinstall, resetting the store, none of it has worked.
