    Microsoft Puzzles Premium Subscription


    I renewed my premium subscription for a year on Aug. 19, 2017 and today it is telling me I have to renew my subscription. I tried reloading the program but it did not fix the problem

    Premium subscription

    Well, I got an email saying that my premium subscription had expired and I thought well, maybe that is why puzzles will not download so I renewed my subscription. Still puzzles will not download.

    I had the premium version with several puzzles purchased on a previous computer. Now I have a new computer. The site recognized I had a premium subscription but does not show the puzzles I previously downloaded

    I purchased 1 year premium on 01/02/2018 (Order 2035286791 ) and this is the second time it is telling me my subscription has expired!

    Mine does this too. I closed it and opened Microsoft Solitaire Collection, plated one game of Klondike then closed it and restarted Jigsaw,,, now loading premium OK again!!

    Likewise…I just don't want to lose the puzzles that I've purchased, or the gold coins that bought them. With a Premium Subscription paid too…anybody else frustrated that Microsoft hasn't/won't help???

    My premium subscription for Microsoft Solitaire has not worked since I upgraded to the latest version of Windows 10 on the Insider Program Fast Ring. My premium subscription for Microsoft Mahjong has been working fine. Any help would be appreciated as my
