    Microsoft Puzzle hangs repeatedly during play


    It shows up in Windows as an application event (2484). The description of the event is "Package Microsoft.MicrosoftJigsaw_1.4.1610.2401_x86__8wekyb3d8bbwe+App was terminated because it took too long to suspend."

    I have to terminate Microsoft Puzzle and re-invoke Microsoft Puzzle to continue.

    This is extremly annoying.

    Any ideas?

    Hey there Bob!

    Can you try uninstalling the game from Windows, restart your PC, and then install it again? That should hopefully help with the crashing Microsoft Puzzle hangs repeatedly during play :) keep us in the loop with how it goes.

    Puzzle is completed, but next puzzle is not unlocked.

    I still cannot get from bumps to crown after playing all of the easy puzzles repeatedly that are unlocked. Also cannot unlock Ears or Marks the spot.

    Well the gliding to solve the riddler puzzles are a pain but I will get the hang of it.

    Microsoft Jigsaw

    MS Jigsaw closes during puzzle building and occasionally during the middle of a puzzle. Most annoying but if it closes during the game, it will restore back to the same point upon reloading. No error msg; version 1.3.1509.1706.
