    Microsoft Puzzle App


    Microsoft Puzzle App has a bug in it. For the month of Sep 2022 the daily challenges two of the puzzles (9/5 Lock Break and 9/28 Bug Challenge don't work). You can play all the other challenges, but when you try to start those two you are taken completely out of the app. This also happen in August on one of the challenges. This need to be fixed, please. Mike

    Hopefully this is going to be fixed as soon as possible.

    Don't forget to be as detailed as possible, add your platform and device specifications and explain them as well how to recreate the problem.

    Just to cover everything from your side... reinstalling the app or using a different wifi network doesn't fix the problem?

    1. Open the Windows Store App Troubleshooter.
    2. Reset MS puzzles.
    3. Reinstall Microsoft puzzles.
    4. Reset the Microsoft Store Cache.
    5. Check for App Updates.
    6. Set Up a new User Account.

    Microsoft Jigsaw downloads

    Yeah, it seems that every other Tech Preview update seems to break all the modern apps. Since upgrading to 10041, none of the modern apps work with out crashing. In the case of all the Microsoft games, they refuse to log into the Xbox account. Puzzle
    will not download any puzzles and app crashes if you try.

    Freezes every few minutes

    using latest update in Win 10 puzzle freezes regardless of puzzle size. close out and open app and and experience same symptoms!

    very frustrating love the app before the upgrade to larger puzzles. never had the problem before!

    Complete given below directions to reset the app in Windows

    Step 1: Open the Settings app. This can be done by clicking its icon in the Start menu or simultaneously pressing Windows logo + I.

    Step 2: Click the Apps category icon and then click Apps & features to see all installed apps as well as classic desktop programs.

    Step 3: Click on the app that you want to reset to see the Advanced options link. Click on the same (advanced options link).

    Step 4: Finally, click the small Reset button. When you click the Reset button, you will find a small dialog box with “This will permanently delete the app’s data on this device, including your preferences and sign-in details.” Click the Reset button in the opened dialog box to reset the app.

    Step 5: Once the Reset is done, you will see a check sign next to the Reset button. And restart the Pc
