Microsoft purchases (I believe related to Xbox) not showing anywhere, multiple mistakes

Can anyone help me please because Microsoft don't care at all in helping in anyway except to say, "Thank you for using Microsoft products and services, we appreciate your business. This email is to confirm that your support case has been closed..."

Basically, I purchased a £6.49 Vbucks purchase for my daughter on her Xbox microsoft account, she needs my permission for purchases so this isn't a case of child error at all. I have checked my bank account and Microsoft have taken the following payments;

28th Aug £10
28th Aug £6.49
28th Aug £10
28th Aug £10

The plot thickens...my daughter has £15.52 in her Microsoft account.

Where is this £30 they've stolen from my bank account?

You cannot check account balances on your Microsoft account to show incomings and outgoings, leaving a total daily balance.

So I have NO IDEA where they've put my stolen money, to reimburse myself. It's not there yet says REDEEMED. REDEEMED where?

I want a statement to show me where they've spent my money, Xbox I am sure can verify I've not bought anything on the account!

Can anyone help, it's £30 I cannot afford to lose, I can't even spend it as it's not there.

I'm sorry I am absolutely fuming they can do this. I am contacting my bank too so they can verify with my bank what I

have supposedly spent it on because it's very convenient they don't state that! I've only ever bought Vbucks, online games or Xbox live

on my Microsoft account and they ALL SHOW UP ON YOUR PURCHASES, either in Microsoft or Xbox.

This £30 isn't ANYWHERE because I DIDN'T spend it.

And you can't get to talk to a person because the live chat is busy.

Hi Amy.

I am sorry to hear you are having issues with your account and you feel frustrated. Unfortunately there is nothing we can do to help you at this forum, but to give you advice.

I would recommend that you go to your Purchase history to get an overview of what has been charged for what. (Log in with the account in question)

Then go to support.xbox.com and request a callback from Support, regarding the matter.

Hope you will get this all sorted out.

Thankyou very much for the reply.

I went onto live chat with Microsoft and the man I spoke with looked into my account and my daughter's (where I moved the only payment to) and he could see that no other payments went into her account (yet they've still come out of my bank).

He advised I reply to their "case closed" replies to my complaint, and explain what we'd discussed and to see if I get a response. If not he said the next step is going to my bank and speaking with them, which I will do if they do not respond to my email.
I am asking them to provide proof of where this money has gone, from MY Microsoft account, yet I have had one employee tell me it's nowhere, so I know I'm not going crazy haha!

Hopefully it will be resolved soon.

Hi there,

No, as far as I can tell the game is not a Play Anywhere title. There are even different versions showing in the store for Xbox One and Xbox Series S|X.

So if someone wants to play the game on multiple platforms it seems they will need to purchase it seperately on each platform.

1. Yes this is my first time trying to purchase something on Microsoft Flight Simulatior.

2. no i am not able to purchase anything off of the microsoft store.

3. my account is not managed by a xbox family or has the setting enabled.

whenever i go to buy something anywhere I have found that the oops screen happens everywhere, that involves microsoft store related purchases.

Any games that are Play Anywhere, should show in your library in either the Xbox app or Microsoft Store app so you can install them on PC. Anything that is not Play Anywhere, would need to be purchased for PC.
