    Purchase Confirmation?

    I'm having trouble purchasing credits via the console.

    I was able to purchase credits after setting up the account. Downloaded some stuff. But when I tried to add credits, it said the payment method couldnt be confirmed.

    I went online with my PC and was able to purchase Gold membership with the same card, but I couldn't add credits.

    I called my bank, they said everything looked fine to them. They said it might be an issue of trying to purchase more credits too soon.

    That was last weekend.

    Today, I tried again via the console. No luck.

    I went online. Tried to purchase them. It worked.

    ???

    So, I'm satisfied at the moment, but I don't understand why I am not able to buy credits using the very same card using the Xbox...???

    Hey,

    As a suggestion maybe try re-downloading your profile to the console.If everything is working fine from the web it seems like it might just be a corrupted profile on your console.

    You would need to contact support directly and speak to billing about refunds. However, keep in mind that everything on the marketplace does state that there are no refunds so there is no guarantee they will give ones. 1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada

    Try checking your download history. If it's not listed there, you'll need to contact support.

    Hey there! The error message you're getting means that Paypal is giving you some trouble. Make sure your Paypal is verified and has the right amount of cash on it. If you can't get it fixed, you could always try buying prepaid Microsoft point cards at most
    retailers and through Amazon. :)
