    Microsoft punch card for current sale


    The punch card for the current games sale is not registering correctly. It does not register my purchase of $50 pluss dollars and wont pay out the 5000 points. How can I fix this and get my points??? I've already tried a refund and repurchase 3 times with
    no luck. How can I get my points???

    Ultimate game sale punch card

    Considering how often these punch cards appear and how often this issue happens than surely it would be fixed by now, it can be quite annoying if the punch card expires and you still haven't received your points despite meeting the requirements.
    I've met the requirements for the current Ultimate Sale punch card but no update, I'll keep waiting but I do hope it gets sorted soon.

    Did you activate the punch card before purchasing?
    I purchased on the 16th (sale was live then), the punch card was not in the rewards app until the 17th so it was impossible for me to activate it beforehand.

    Same here. Some of the titles in the punch card a couple weeks ago wouldn't register, this week nothing does. I see a moderator has said to reach out to the rewards team...I already have and there's been 0 response. Be lucky if there is one before the sale/punch card promo is over.
