A PS4 will not connect to microsoft as ps4 is owner by sony try connecting to microsoft with a PC or an xbox console!

If i'm not wrong Microsoft and Sony are separated so microsoft accounts wont work on ps4, so you can not connect your ps4 with an microsoft account.
