    I clicked on the Magzter subscription for 3000 points. I went back to microsoft rewards to find that it had actually stolen 3000 points out of my account.

    I am sorry to hear that. Have you tried editing your information on xbox.com? Such as your date of birth, or possibly your email? Try that and see if you are having the same problem.
