    When I redeem my points for my Xbox gift card, can I get the code sent to my email? I am worried because my Microsoft account is not the same one as the one on my Xbox.

    I am sorry to hear that. Have you tried editing your information on xbox.com? Such as your date of birth, or possibly your email? Try that and see if you are having the same problem.
