I ordered an xbox controller from the design lab..I ordered on Dec. 1 and it was shipped on Dec. 4. I was supposed to receive 15,000microsoft points for this purchase. I haven't received them yet and was told I would by today Dec. 30.

I called the Microsoft support several times and no luck, just keep getting transferred to folks who don't know about points. No problem taking my money though, and they can't keep their word. please help me with this issue.

The DLC for the week of Sept 9th will be a 3 pack from the metal band All That Remains. The track listing and pricing is below.

ALL THAT REMAINS 3 PACK - $2.99 (240 Microsoft Points)

THIS CALLING - $.99 (80 Microsoft Points)

CHIRON $.99 (80 Microsoft Points)

TWO WEEKS $.99 (80 Microsoft Points)

Two Weeks and Chiron are exclusive to Rock Band for one week before their new album Overcome is released on September 16th.

Each track will be available for a one month special offer of $.99 (80 Microsoft Points) per track or $2.99 (240 Microsoft Points for Xbox 360) for the three-pack.

These tracks will be up on the Xbox Live Marketplace on Tuesday, and the PlayStation Network Store on Thursday.

Rush 2112 - DLC 31/12/11

Pack = £2.49 UK, (440 Microsoft Points) and to buy 2000 Microsoft Points (from Microsoft) = £17.00

What is wrong with my maths?

0.85p per point
440 x 0.85 = £3.74 (I seem to be overpaying for everything I buy compared to what is quoted!!!!!)
