microsoft points redemed online now not showing on xbox cant purchase anything?

redeemed 25 nz doller card online and it shows the account balance there but when i try to purchase anything on xbox 360 it says i have 64 cents which is what was left from a previous points card put on, yet online it doesnt even show the 64 cents just the
25. not sure whats going on but very frustrating and have contacted xbox support 4 times and still nothing apprently someone wouldget in touch to sort it. on day three and waiting. very frustrating can anyone please help ???

purchased 1050 fifa points with an Xbox 360 voucher

48 hours now since I used the my microsoft to purchase but still not showing on my xbox account

I got the confirmation email for the purchase from Microsoft

Not receiving the Microsoft Points for purchases.

I have made several purchases through the online Microsoft Store over the last couple months and the purchases are showing up on my account but I have not received the Microsoft Points for them. What can we do about it?

 

No one here can help with billing issues, forum support doesn't really have access. My only thought would be that you put it on the wrong account, but I'd hope that the support people would figure that out if it was the case.

 

Is your gamertag set for New Zealand? If not then that would be the reason your amount is not showing. The currency will only be accessible when the account is set to the same region for which it is purchased.

 

ok im trying to change it but it has state and no nz option? currently its on utah . how do i change this? only on xbox it has this not onine it has nz
