    Here are the five phases they are handling it if you did not see my link. I do not doubt whoever is on twitter is wrong. MS would not let people just have the points.

    1- If the points weren’t spent then they are just going to remove them from the accounts that got them.

    2- If the points were spent leaving a zero or negative balance of points and there is a credit card on file, then they are going to bill for the points used.

    3- If there is no credit card on file, they plan on sending out an E-mail “demanding” payment.

    4- If there is no credit card on file and the “demand” for payment goes unanswered then they “may” subtract months of gold membership that equal the amount of points used.

    5- If there is still a negative balance then they plan on banning the console and the account until it is no longer negative. This one she said at least three times.

    The credits should show as pending. They would be scheduled for deposit in June.

    Hello spOOkyninja,

    Since you are at the Credit limit, you cannot earn any more Credits (after receiving this much money, any additional currency becomes a tax issue). From the Terms and Conditions:

    Program Limit: The maximum number of Rewards Credits a participant can earn in a Program Year (July 1 to June 30) is five hundred thousand (500,000).

    We have reached out to our Vault team to perform a rollback on your Vault redemption and revert those Gems back to your account.

    I don't think they are. IF you spent them then they would want payment. They would be losing a lot of money.

    That's going to be an EA issue, you'll need to contact them to have them update the game to use currency.
