Microsoft Points Error

I've gotten this error more than five times, you guys keep delaying my Microsoft points every 15 days. Why is this happening to me more than twice? My billing info is correct. I'm getting twice every month, and they are stalling my requested transfer. I
can't be satisfied with your service after all this delay, I should have gotten my points more than three months ago.

Microsoft points error

My family has an xbox live family gold pack, well when my dad tried to buy me 4000 points the first time it said error product cannot be bought or somthing, and then he tried again and it went through. Well it charged his card both times and we didnt get
the points for the first time. Is there a way we can get the points or a refund?
