microsoft points disappearing

Problem solved, points got reinstated. Thanks to the people who actually helped and the xbox live agents who helped.

Hello again Miss Kleo. The seller has disappeared off the face of the Earth, as mentioned twice before, and I bought them over a year ago. They expired in March 2012. So, is there nothing else I can do? Because contacting the seller (eBay seller) is not

Promotional points expire. Anyone saying otherwise is incorrect, as your point statement history clearly proves otherwise (and the fact that the ToU mentions that promotional points expire). You could try contacting support, but since the ToU you agreed
to states, "promotion points may expire at any time, as set forth in the messages related to that promotion," there may not be much you can do to fight it. It really would be the seller's responsibility to inform you if these were promotional points and when
they expire at the time of purchasing them.
