Microsoft Points Card redeem but not credit in the Xbox 360

I redeem a code from a 2100 Microsoft Points Card at 13.12.2013, when I redeem the code a strange message was showed in the Xbox something like "you have reedem a 2100 MSP card and 0 € will be charged in your account". I tried again to redeem the code and
as expected the code was already use. The point is that when I buy any content in the Xbox this credit is not showed at all as payment alternative.

After contacting the customer service the first time I checked that the in the web Sign in to your Microsoft account that I have a credit of 25,44 €, according to the customer
serivice I had more than one profile and it will be checked and corrected within 5 days.

After contacting the customer service I also noticed that I have changed the e-mail associated to the gamertag some weeks before redeeming the code and in the Xbox it was still showed the "old" e-mail linked to the gamertag. I deleted the profile from the
Xbox and I downloaded it again, after that I saw the "new" e-mail linked to the gamertag was properly showed.

I was still in touch with the customer service again at 24.12.2013 because the problem was not corrected. After cheking the problem I received an e-mail with the steps that I should made to solve the problem. They requested me to update the payment information
from my profile, it didn't solve the problem.

I asked again the customer service about the problem some days ago. After cheking the problem I received an e-mail with the information that my profile as been reset and that I must download again the profile in the Xbox, I deleted the profile from the Xbox
and I downloaded it again but it didn't solve the problem.

I am very dissapointed with the customer service form the Xbox because I really can not understand why the problem is so complex that I must wait over three weeks and contact three times the customer service to ask about solving the problem.

Credit card info?! It's a gift card

I bought a Microsoft gift card worth 4000 points but when I tried to redeem it it is asking me for credit card info is there a way to redeem it without card info!

You'll have to either use a credit/debit card or redeem a Microsoft Points card. The price of the card is the amount the points will convert to.

 

Over one month and no answer from Micrsoft..... neither here nor in chat or phone.....really nice how you are taking care of a customer who has been bought his first X-Box 360 in 2007. I will think twice before buying a X-One.

I must check the consumer rights here in Germany because I actually feel that Microsoft cheated me 25 €.

 

Cool!! The problem is still not solved..... after contacting the customer service yesterday again, and follow their indications deleting the payapl payment method and downloading again the profile, now I can not add again the paypal account for the payment
-error 8C320008.

It seems that they are working hard to lose a customer .....
