    Microsoft Points Card Problem


    I scratched too hard on my microsoft points card and I now I can't see the code.....

    I bought my card at 7/11 and I told them what happened. They told me They can not give us refund or exchanges and told me to contact microsoft.......

    What can I do? Did just waste my money?

    PS: I have the receipt of my $15 microsoft points card

    How are you still able to get Microsoft Point cards?

    The Microsoft Point cards were discontinued in 2013.

    Can you please explain where you get those cards from?

    XBOS 1005 might hint at a problem with the region of the points card and the country your account is in.

    Xbox Live Gift Cards Canada

    Microsoft Points cards work the exact same way as Xbox Live Gift Cards. A 1400 Points card bought for $20 will put $20 in your Microsoft Account for example.

    You can try guessing the numbers/letters like Daft Badger says our if you're a regular at 7/11, you can try talking to the manager, just bring your receipt. Maybe you'll get lucky.

    You can try guessing the numbers/letters like Daft Badger says our if you're a regular at 7/11, you can try talking to the manager, just bring your receipt. Maybe you'll get lucky.
