    Please fix or at least respond, considering you don't have any real support I can call up and speak to.

    All my dinos on ARK will be dead again due to technical faults once again. At this stage I want to log on so that I can quit on my terms as using your xbox service it is unplayable.

    PC > Console and that includes trying to use hybrid console services, always feel like a poor man when doing so. Is it because you feel you can pull the wool over young and stupid peoples eyes that you are providing a decent gaming service?

    I might even buy a playstation next gen based on my most recent run of experiences...

    (cant even flair as 'issue' have to post 'possible issue' that's now how support works. When using public facing categories you should allow a customer to submit an 'issue', if you wish to categorise it differently that is up to you.

    If you're experiencing an issue with the Microsoft store, our suggestion is to check if this is occurring on multiple platforms/devices, i.e. the Xbox Application on Windows 10, or the versions available on IOS/Android.

    I'm sorry you're having this issue with minecraft.

    Please try the steps below.

    Then select More options > Xbox settings - this will take you to your Xbox account, which is linked to your Microsoft account; from there, go to Online & privacy settings, then choose a child login and the second tab is the Xbox1/Win10 online safety page, where you can allow your child to play multiplayer games (second option from the bottom)

    1st xbox = Logout your account A, and Login account B.

    2nd xbox = Login your account A

    Microsoft is not responding to multiple requests to verify an account.

    I feel like you’re reading from a Microsoft script. I’ve done everything requested. THEY are not responding. My son’s Xbox has hundreds to thousands of dollars and hours of gaming tied to this account as he’s had it for at least 6 years. I would just set up a new account if it were an option.
