Since my support chat isn't working i want to report a few gamertags here are a few for unpleasant Language and Behavior and for using modded controllers which gives others unfair advantages

Gamertags for Unpleasant Languages and Behavior

SATANIC FORCE, SATANIC AG3NT, DaRthl3aDeR, Skruhfee

Gamertags for use of mods for unfair advantages in a game which Microsoft owns now (Gears of War 3)

Rayndrops RM, Activez SM, Menhx SM

If you not punish these gamertags i will not brother buying Xbox LIVE Gold membership anymore and have no choice to play offline rest of my life because do you think any of this is fair to me or others?

you're barking up the wrong tree. Microsoft won't contact you over XBL. If you want to contact somebody at microsoft, you'll have to email them. Check the "Contact Us" page. Chances are, you're not even going to get a reply, however.

You would need to file a complaint on those people via the console. That is the only way to report them to the enforcement team. Calling out other gamers is not allowed on the forums.

The only way to have achievements removed is if the enforcement team issues a gamerscore reset for finding that you've cheated/modded to get the acheivements. Resets will remove all of your achievements, not just the ones you want removed. Once reset, you
would no longer be able to re-earn any of the achievements that were reset.
