Microsoft please make a Light Gun for Kinect.It will open up a new genre.

Many gamers would love to see a return of light gun games.The only problem is that developers are expected to foot the bill to make the light guns.If Microsoft made the light guns developers would most certainly make games for them using the Kinect.

People claim sony have more varity but both systems carry every genre. ok there is one gap in xbox and that is a decent light gun game but other than that they have every genre covered. but it would not take a lot to fill that gap. all they would have to
do is either do a light gun game that works with kinect ot make a light gun that works with hd tvs and go to sega to ask them to do some house of the dead and virtua cop games for xbox. Other than the light gun game xbox has something for everyone. and so
does playstation 3 if you want to sit through stupid updates all the time.

 

Do certain guns make you feel more confident and give you that certain X factor?

any light machine gun, and a view of a wide open space makes me feel like chewing gum

You don't even need a light gun.

Gunstringer just used the motion of your hand as a gun.

 

If they made one I could see maybe one or terrible games for it than the thing going away. I think it's a terrible idea

 

"House Of The Dead 2" on the Sega Dreamcast was amazing.

It would be a cool peripheral with the right game.

"Galgun" on the ONE.

Now that would be something.

 

I think a light gun is a little outdated tbh, but something linked to VR it could be cool, like virtual cop.

The sniper game on the original xbox was OK if not a bit clumpsy, although the gun was cool, but add that to a VR headset would be very cool indeed.

 

I won't knock these types of peripherals. Typing of the Dead is what got me started typing properly. I'd use a light gun if they had one.
