Hi, I wrote five times describing about my problem ( I bought Resident Evil 3, and gave to R9nunes (*** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. *** it is his microsoft account) like a gift card. The digital game link was sent, but the code didnt work. So, we are not noob, and I bought
more than 200 games by live, and probably I am xbox gamer for 15 years. So we made all procedures (redeem and change code links), and, unfortunelly that didint work. Finally , 5 days passed and Microsoft looks like doesnt care about the problem. They dont
answered me about send to him ( R9nunes...his xbox account) other workable code or refund me. Therefore I will ask to paypal to cancel the payment.

For while, that s all.

HI,

Sorry your friend is having problems. If your friend is in a different region or country to yourself, then the code you gifted to him will not work. Your friend has to be in the same region that the game was brought from.

First... the person who are you send it the game its from the same region? (Because need to be from the same region/cuntry)

Now if the person is from the same region, what error shows you? Code no valid? Code already use?

If you want a refund, you can check here:

https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders/

Fin the game and check if you see the option that says "Refund" so you can apply a refund.
