Microsoft please fix the controller stick drift please!!

Both sticks on my day one controller drift badly. The left stick on my new one drifts. I'm not gonna buy another Microsoft controller. I'll buy third party or switch to playstation. Tired of the nickle and dime crap!

Broken controller sticks

I'm on my THIRD xbox one controller , all the sticks on all the controllers are broken , they drift on they're own in games like cod which is an absolute deal breaker, I really can't afford to keep buying these things so please please please fix this from
now on

Left analog stick now drifts.

Sorry to hear about the controller issue! If your Xbox One controller is displaying stick drift issues, your controller will need to be replaced. To get that process started, please visit our Xbox Online Service Center.

I am also having the same issue with the left stick drifting. I have done all the trouble shooting that is mentioned on various threads. However would I need to pay for a replacement despite it appearing to be a design fault? As my warranty ended shortly
before the drifting began to happen.

If your warranty is expired they will charge you for a new one which will do the same thing eventually. Until they decide to build better quality controllers this problem will not go away

That's called stick drift and has nothing to do with this firmware issue. Your controller is broken, you can have Microsoft fix it for a fee or replace it. But no software update will fix stick drift.
