If bought from any service it is a subscription there is no non reoccurring purchase for subscriptions wow uses it

Psn uses it

Netflix uses it

Every service in your life uses it

If you want one time payment you must run to the store every 1 month 3 month or 12 months unless you stack and go buy a prepaid card every time

One time use codes are specifically retailers only or customer care for reimburse meet for something

Dashboard deals are not prepaid codes but promotional offers for subscriptions

If you want to get a prepaid code you must find your own method that's the convenience of prepaid codes

you do the work not your xbox

If you want the convenience of your xbox you agree to their terms

If you want one time payment you must walk to the store or retailer and get the code yourself

Prepaid codes aren't ms' s or any services area that's what retailers are for

this is a basic thing in life

you do it every day

It would be wrong for you to have to call your water company for water every month

You should know this by now prepaid is on you to get the cards not the subscription service

Yes I will. And I do understand everything now. The main problem is that I spent $80 on the Microsoft currency to have the option of what to spend it on. I did not know when my gold expired at that time so I got enough to renew it needed. Turns out it
was needed so I tried and that's why this topic is here. I just wish that it was somewhere on the cards that it cannot be used for Gold memberships. So now I have to go out and spend another 60 to renew Gold. Understand why I was questioning so much?
