Microsoft-PIN Zurücksetzen [Edit - Translation] - Reset Microsoft PIn

Hallo!

Ich habe schon länger das Problem, dass ich nicht richtig auf mein Microsoft-Konto zugreifen kann. Dadurch, dass ich meine PIN nicht kenne und auch die Hilfe die gegeben wird, wenn man auf "Ich habe meine PIN vergessen" klickt,
nicht nutzen kann, da mein Konto auf keinem funktionierenden Gerät mehr gespeichert ist und ich daher die Schritte nicht befolgen kann. Unteranderem kann ich deshalb mein Microsoft-Konto nicht als zweites bei unserem Laptop anmelden und kann auch nicht auf
die XBOX Spiele/etc. vom Laptop aus zugreifen.

Deshalb wollte ich wissen, ob vielleicht einer von euch weiß, wie man die PIN (vielleicht ähnlich, wie ein Passwort) zurücksetzen kann.

kannst Du Dich denn online an Deinen Account ohne PIN anmelden? Also auf
https://account.microsoft.com gehen und Dich dort "normal" mit E-Mail adresse und Password anmelden?

I'm sorry to hear that method did not work. I recommend contacting Microsoft customer support to see if there is anything they can do in regards with resetting the Pin for you.

I believe you can also enter the pin incorrectly 3 times in a row, at which point the system will ask you for your Microsoft account password instead.

Gestern habe ich mich ähnlich, wie in einer eurer Lösung beschrieben als Familienmitglied auf dem Laptop angemeldet. Dann heute Morgen habe ich mich angemeldet und mir wurde vorgeschlagen eine PIN zu erstellen. Also hat sich herausgestellt, dass ich noch
gar keine PIN hatte und konnte mir eine erstellen.
