Microsoft Payment/Taxes confusion

does that price include the taxes for your location as sometimes thay are added on top of the price of the game.

you must select the points option of payment, it will direct you to the credit card payment option when you select the desired game of download which is why you see that tax implied. You don't have to pay taxes. It was confusing at first thinking I had to
pay taxes even purchased a points card but as I learn when you go to the points payment option it will let you download it for absolutely free. Atleast that was the situation for me, hope this has helped

Sorry to hear you are running into these problems. Just to clarify, When you are submitting the payment does it allow you to use the Microsoft credit and is having you add a second payment due to insufficient Microsoft currency? or is it not giving you the
option to use the Microsoft currency at all? It is possible it is not including any Taxes that are being charged (if taxes are applicable in your location)

This is by design. You will need to start the transaction with a payment method (credit/debit card), and then you'll be prompted if you'd like to use your remaining Microsoft Account balance.

It will empty your Microsoft Account and charge the remaining amount for the game + tax (if their's tax in your country/region) and start downloading the game.
