Microsoft payment in Malaysia

Hi, you see my dad got me an Xbox one S he bought in Australia so we brought it back to Malaysia after a while my live gold ran out so we tried paying with my mum's Malaysian debit card it wouldn't work it would charge us in Australian dollars. We don't
know if we can still pay for the subscription because it says my mums debit card is for purchases in Malaysia but the Xbox doesn't let purchase the subscription with the debit card even though we are in Malaysia. Please help tq

Hi, in order pay for your subscription in Malaysia you should change your region inside the settings of the console, https://support.microsoft.com/en-us...ft-store-how-to-change-your-country-or-region

Sign in to your Xbox One console.
Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
Select System > Settings > System > Language & location.
Select your new location from the Location list, and then select Restart now.

after doing that you should be able to buy what you want inside the microsoft store

Malaysia isnt an xbox live region

@op your only option is prepaid cards

And you wont be able to access bc titles

Accessing xbox live from non regions isnt supported nor can we really help withm it

Hai, im from Malaysia,and all of my payment method issued in malaysia. I can use my card for other things but not on xbox pass...

One malaysia is not a xbox live supported country

You would have to join either the ID@ https://www.xbox.com/en-CA/developers or join a development team

You can receive payments but you wouldnt be able to publish in the malaysia marketplace as it doesnt exist

Government regulations and taxation play into the availability of games and online services

Since no console support malaysia yet you are going to.have to.talk to.your commerce agency
