    The Xbox started asking for my Microsoft password. I had to reset my Microsoft password as I had forgotten it. I have done this successfully from my laptop. The Xbox is not recognising the new password. What can I do?

    i need to unlink my account from this microsoft account

    so the microsoft account can have multiple emails and if i change the password on my xbox it wont change the password for the rest of the account because currently thats whats happening and with this password bug where my passwords on the xbox dont work
    this will be beneficial because the password should not be linked to office and the cloud

    That didn't work. I tested the password out on the microsoft website and worked fine. I even changed the password and it did not work.
