Microsoft outlook account setup wrong message on PS4 when trying play online. How do I fix...

Do you get an error message when trying to play online like

"due to how this account is setup it can not play online"

or does it just take you to the store page to purchase a gold subscription?

another thing that requires gold is starting a party does it allow you to start a party or does it give you an error message?

Do you get an error message or anything at all or does the screen simply go black when you try to log in?

Can you log in to the account for any online services like Outlook or Onedrive?

Its the same with my PS4 when ever i try to sign in with microsoft it specifically says that ‘ Failed to login . We tried to sign you in to your microsoft account , but something went wrong .’ I also followed all the instructions on how to make a microsoft
account and how to sign it in with the PS4 but it still is not working please give me a reply once you have seen this.

As of this afternoon I am having the same problem. Can access Xbox, microsoft online ect but ps4 wont sign in with minecraft. Same error message “We tried to sign you in to your Microsoft account, but something went wrong.”

I have the same problem. Bought and downloaded from the Windows10 store but, when I launch the game I get this error message: "Change your settings to play. You can't play multiplayer games because of how your account is setup. Go to your privacy & online
safety settings on xbox.com to change this." I've looked at all privacy & online settings, can't seem to fix this issue.
