    Also since that was on Friday it can take longer to process the shipment since it's the weekend.

    Keep in mind that it was ordered on November 30th, today would only be 1 business day. I would give it a couple days, and most likely it will change from pending or processing to shipped.

    It could be due to lack of staff due to covid lock down.

    But as said get in touch with who ever you bought it from , they will have more information hopefully 👍
