Microsoft Order Pending (Xbox Elite Controller Series 2)

So for about a week my order has been pending. I have looked on the forums about this issue and a lot of people were having the same problem, especially with the elite series 2. Numerous of comments said that their email for their order changed and that
their controller will be coming in by April 30. My email also stated it was going to be at my house by april 30. It is 2 days after, and my email has not changed. I tried contacting customer support through phone and was left on call for 30 minutes, and simply
just gave up. Perhaps some of you may be of some assistance.

I ordered an Elite Controller Series 2 on the 14th and the order has been stuck on pending. I just want to know if things are slow because of the virus or if there’s something else wrong.

I ordered headphones on 4-4 and they are still marked as pending even though I've been charged! This is bs.

I ordered a controller with 2-3 day expedited shipping and its now been a week and it still says pending. When i called i just kept getting the run around and she just kept saying i understand what you're saying i ended up just hanging up after hearing
the same line 8 times. Im about to just cancel my order and not order from here again.

This is exactly why HUGE corporations continue to stick it to the consumer. All of you are failing to see the issue and are continuing to come up with excuses that have absolutely zero relvance to Microsoft's blatant disregard to effectively communicate
with the customer if this pending product will be produced any time soon! All I WANT IS AN EMAIL WITH AN ETA OR SOMEONE WHO CAN GIVE ME A SOLID ANSWER AS TO WHEN I CAN EXPECT TO SEE THE PRODUCT. I DONT CARE THAT IT HAS BEEN DELAYED I JUST WANT AN ESTIMATE
AS TO HOW LONG BECAUSE IT IS NOW GOING ON 3 WEEKS PAST THE DATE THEY TOLD ME IT WOILD BE DELIVERED AND SINCE THE CONFORMATION EMAIL I HAVE RECEIVED NOTHING!!!!!!!!!!! AND WHEN I TRY TO GET ANSWERS I GET NOTHING!!!!!!!! MEANWHILE THEY ARE HOLDING MY MONEY HOSTAGE!!!!!!

Well then, I guess as someone who cant speak for Microsoft, didnt order the same product mentioned in the original post, and didnt even order said product from Microsoft. I'm going to go ahead and say that you have no frame of reference here..... so STF

the place i purchased my monitor from is not letting anyone know about delays, they just send stuff when they can by the looks of it.
