    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

    First, make sure that the transaction is completed or successful by signing in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders.

    Once confirmed, quit and re-launch the game and check again.

    Thank you for that, Zac. If it's still not showing up even after 24 hours, you may need to reach out to Roblox support in that way they can check it for you.

    it says the order was complete but i bought it yesterday and i keep checking roblox and i havent received anything.

    Preordered Quantum Break on 2-20-16, have not received code for Alan wake.

    I appreciate the effort, but Microsoft support directed me here in order to get the codes. A friend of mine already received the first codes, which sent me looking for mine, which never came. Thanks again though!
