Hi I hope everyone is doing good I know this COVID-19 it’s crazy this days remember stay safe. Okay I want to let Microsoft,Xbox Ambassadors or the Enforcement Team know that last week I got a permanent ban at night I already
did the case review but my account is upheld I just want to ask If i can have another case review if that’s possible? If not you guys can just lift it? Please I know making the post on the Xbox one saying cheap and fast recoveries message for detail. i know
that was a big mistake that I did I’m really sorry I won’t do it again I promise I already learn my lesson. i’m asking for another chance please this past 7 days I haven’t sleep or eat at all. I been so stressed out and broken I been trying to talk to Microsoft
support Employees on the chat they told me that they can’t lift my account only the Enforcement Team can do that so please I’m begging you on my knees that I just want my account back again I won’t do it anymore we all deserve a second chance. Another thing
that I learn is Nobody is ferfect and nobody deserves to be perfect nobody has it easy everybody has issues you never know what people are going through so pause before you start judging, criticizing and mocking others everybody is fighting their own unique
war. Make peace help others stop fighting. Believe in yourself and all that you are. Know that there is something inside you that is greater then any obstacle. Enjoy life enjoy family be cool have hope stop judging people make friends no enemies be happy

If you used profanity in your message to them, that's most likely why you received an instant suspension. Profanity is easier to see quickly (possibly automated) versus someone who doesn't which would require a more extensive investigation. Just because you receive an immediate suspension doesn't mean the other person goes unpunished. It can take some time for investigations to take place.

Honestly i can still get another case review thank you very much for the other fake account and yeah yeah i know that i make big mistake thats why i want to apologize and tell them the truth. Plus they take it so seriously its not like we are
hacking the White House, rubbing the bank, killing anyone or doing the dark web inside the console.

If you have already filed a case review there is nothing further that can be done. The enforcement team does not use these forums.

There doesn't appear to be an outage on the Xbox Enforcement site. I recommend trying again from a device connected to the internet. It could be the device you're accessing it from--in this instance, I'm using my laptop to connect to the site.

Please make sure to review the directions on how to submit a case review at the Xbox Enforcement site.

As we cannot affect or help you with your case review here on Forums, I will be closing this thread for now. If you have other issues that persist, you are welcome to create a new thread.

you wont get another case review, and you cannot take them to court, it is a private company using private servers that you access by accepting the terms, you broke the terms therefore you forfeit all licences on your account and your account.
