Microsoft Official Complaints Procedure?

Whats the official route to place a complaint against microsoft for the way microsoft store phone agents and supervisors have tret a customer. Also how to make a formal request under the data protection act for all data, (whether notes or recorded calls) by said company.

Below is a cut down version of what happened.

Basically 3+ hours on the phone to arrange a replacement of a product "due to a fault" ordered the day before. Then when advised microsoft has a policy of giving no recompense regardless of stress, monetary loss or inconvenience etc back to a customer, I was persuaded the only way to get another product was to buy another one otherwise its a 2 week possible turnaround. They promised only a priority delivery will be covered (worth £10), upon letting the said agent process this on my behalf (as they stated I cannot get the delivery covered otherwise) they said there has been a error and I need to use another payment option. Within minutes before I accepted this I received a payment confirmation from my bank (same as the one id got after my previous online payment) saying the NEW money will be taken and upon checking this it also specified a completely different delivery address.

At this point I started to get suspicious AND I didn't want the original payment and 2 NEW ones to be taken if I allowed a second attempt on a different card. I asked to speak to a supervisor. This was remember 2 hours and 20 minutes into the call. I then got through to a supervisor who started to belittle me and refused to apologise for anything and stated she can't do anything for me. She actually just started to repeat scripted responses over and over again not actually acknowledging anything I was saying. It was like I was a argument with a child purposely trying to get me to say something unprofessional so she could hang up on me, 'In fact she actually said more than 6 times and if I did she would hang up' 'She also said if I go away for more than 2 minutes (I was discussing this with my other half) she will hang up and within a 4 minute period she repeated more than 5 times she will hang up if I dont come back. All throughout this she is saying she has more important customers to speak to and she has better things to do with her time expecially whilst working from home. Imagine a supervisor repeating 'Is there anything else I can do for you, yes or no' over and over again and mocking a customer with her attitude and berative comments.

Within 4 minutes of me saying give me a moment she said she was going to hang up all the while trying to speak over me( I was going back every 30 seconds to a minute) she hung up, mid conversation.

Never in my life have I ever been spoken to like she did and the above is just a snippet of the call and how I was treated, as a side note there was nothing unprofessional I said but what she said and her attitude was.

So how do I make a official complaint and request all data held on myself (calls as I requested the option to record said calls and the like) be produced for my scrutiny as per the Data Protection Act for the United Kingdom, before i take this further.
